Healthy egg whites muffins


Here's an easy and healthy breakfast idea that you must try now! There are endless possibilities when it comes to making egg whites muffins. This is a great idea to make breakfast in advance as well, because you can make extra easily, of course.

I've been wanting to try these for quite some time after seeing them on Pinterest. I finally worked up the courage and I'm in love! Here's what I put inside my "muffins":

Egg Whites (0% fat, 0% cholesterol)
Pico de Gallo
Kale
Bell Peppers
2% cheese
Leftover Easter ham

I pre-heated the oven to 350 degrees, and cooked for about 24-30 minutes or until browned. They were fast and easy to make, and I even got our two year old to enjoy them. That is saying a lot coming from a picky toddler.
