Ham & egg breakfast "muffin"

Here's an easy, quick, and delicious tasting breakfast to try! All you need are eggs, uncured ham, paprika, salt, and pepper. First preheat your oven to 350, wipe a little olive oil on your muffin pan to prevent sticking. Line the muffin pan with one slice of ham each, and then crack an egg into it.

Season the top with a pinch of salt (optional), pepper, and paprika. Bake for about 20-22 minutes, or until egg is fully cooked. Let cool for 1-2 minutes, remove from pan and enjoy. These are kid-friendly, as my picky two and a half year old devoured it! Thank you Pinterest for another great recipe.
