Salmon salad; simple but healthy lunch


Today's lunch was a really light one, but with my favorite Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing it was definitely flavorful. It's safe to say both Paul and I are in love with this dressing, infact it is the only dressing I will use! Not many calories, or too much sodium in it makes for a perfect dressing.

For this lunch I chopped up grilled salmon we made the night before {seasoned with Mrs Dash Garlic Herbs (salt free) seasoning}, added a few tomatoes, spinach salad and wa-la. Simply meal. There is so much more you could add to this as well.
