Easiest healthy to go lunch.

I love prepping chicken ahead of time -- makes for an easy and healthy lunch that is quick to reheat. It isn't often that I eat fast food, or at a restaurant and a great way to avoid binge eating on bad food is prepping ahead of time. People tend to grab whatever is in front of them when they're hungry.

I love chicken seasoned with Mrs Dash, and pairing it with steamed veggies & sweet potato. Simple, filling and healthy.
