You can use it online and via an app, where you enter your daily calorie intake, which makes it easy to track what you are eating // making sure that you are eating properly. It really helps to put what you're eating into perspective, and makes you think twice before stuffing your face with junk! I use the app daily, it also allows you to log your workouts and calories burned.

I adore Fitness Blender! They have such a variety of workouts for different levels of fitness, as well as a great selection of workouts that work your entire body. I have been doing their workouts for about a month straight now, I usually alternate which videos I do weekly. They also have a good selection of warm-ups and cool-downs which are very important. I love that Fitness Blender offers full length workouts on their Youtube channel. In addition, they give you estimated calories burned!

This website is a great tool to use to input your food to be analyzed, track your food, calculate your BMI, and more. I love that it is free and it even offers you detailed nutritional data about the food that you are eating -- making it easier to make healthy, clean choices.
